Nature’s Scent Co. Our Story

Nature’s Scent Co. is an artisan, woman-owned and operated candle studio located in the heart of Pennsylvania, known as "God's Country." We began in 2020, hand-pouring one candle at a time in our home kitchen. We gifted friends and family with our one-of-a-kind creations, which turned into selling at local shops in our area. At Nature’s Scent Co., we believe in the quality of all things handmade, which is why our candles are individually hand-poured with the utmost attention to detail, design, and care.

We only use 100% beeswax. Each of our scents is meticulously crafted to smell natural and real, just like nature. Our fragrances are phthalate-free and 100% clean. We don’t use the damaging toxic chemicals present in most store-bought candles. What we do add is an element of sound. All of our candles are made with wooden wicks that crackle softly as they burn, like tiny little bonfires.

Why do we only use 100% pure beeswax candles & melts? Beeswax is a natural, renewable resource. Beeswax candles emit a bright, healthful light within the same spectrum as the sun — plus negative ions that clean the air and invigorate the body. What inspires us? Having grown up in the Adirondack Mountains and now living in the Appalachian Mountains has developed a deep love in us for the great outdoors! God has blessed us with so many beautiful views and scents! Those scents are what give us our inspiration in crafting all of our products. All of our products are safe for people, pets, and the environment! We use 100% beeswax along with all-natural, clean ingredients in everything we craft.
