At Nature's Scent Co., we are committed to delivering your orders in a timely and reliable manner. Please review our shipping policy below.
Shipping Rates:
• We offer flat-rate shipping of $6.99 on all orders within the United States.
• Free shipping is available for orders over $79.
Shipping Times:
• Orders typically ship within 5-8 business days from the date of purchase.
• Please note that this timeframe may vary slightly during peak seasons or due to unforeseen delays, but we will always do our best to keep you updated.

Return/Refund Policy
We take pride in our candles and want you to be completely satisfied with your Nature's Scent Co. purchase. If your candle is damaged or not to your expectations, our return policy is outlined below. You can also reach us via the contact form below. Please include your order number in your message. We will make every reasonable effort to ensure our customers are 100% satisfied.
Returns
Please contact us within 10 business days of receiving your product to initiate a return. If more than 10 business days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Product must be returned to us within 20 days. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Any item not in its original condition, damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error will not be accepted for return. We do not offer returns due to scent preferences or mistakes in the ordering process for which we are not at fault. Please be sure to sample all scents that you wish to purchase before hand so you make sure that you get scents that you like.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 8-10 business days. This time will depend on the individual's bank or credit card processing time.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us message below.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift credit code will be e-mailed to you. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver.
Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Custom Orders / Wholesale Orders
These provisions do not apply to custom or wholesale orders. We do not accept returns for either and will only issue a refund or replacement if an item arrives damaged from transit.
